How to apply for the Selangor's 'Peduli Sihat' card ?


Another initiative by Selangor state government, the 'Peduli Sihat' scheme launched in December 2016 was aimed to encourage the health conscious of Selangor people so that they stayed healthy and productive. Any term and condition apply? How to apply for it?


Category A:
  • For family with household income less than RM3,000 monthly
  • Covers husband/wife and children below age 21
  • One card with credit limit RM500 per year will be given to a family
  • Card limit: RM50 per treatment
  • Type of illness/treatment: No limit
Category B:

  • For individual below age 21 with income less than RM1,500 monthly
  • A card with credit limit RM200 per year will be given
  • Card limit: RM50 per treatment
  • Type of illness/treatment: No limit
