Finance Malaysia is here with you during these difficult times :) Below shows the complete list of tax relief for your reference: [NEW] Tax Relief for Parental Care The government is proposing to help individuals undertaking care of elderly and/or infirm parents by means of a new tax relief: MYR 1,500 for a mother; and  MYR 1,500 for a father. The relief will be available as a tax deduction for individual resident taxpayers caring for their qualifying parents. This relief can be shared with other siblings provided that the total relief claimed does not exceed MYR 1,500 for a mother and MYR 1,500 for a father. The RM1,500 amount is divided equally by how many of siblings who're claiming. Discuss with your siblings and get ready with your parents' IC number. JJPTR is a Scam??? (March 2017)

Requested by many of our readers and followers to write about this very popular JJPTR things, we finally put our pen down on it today due to the latest hoo-ha initiated by Bank Negara Malaysia's latest alert list. No doubt, JJPTR was listed on the alert list for public reference. Why? Let's first understand a bit on the so-called "investment scheme". All investors are concerned about two things only - return and safety . Okay. We zoom into these two things specifically. Return of 20% ??? To be exact, it's a whopping total 25% return (20% personal + 5% introducer's incentive). Some more, it's on a MONTHLY basis equivalent to an annualized of 300% return.
